How Is My Order Shipped?

We offer shipping through USPS First Class, UPS Ground, or Amazon Logistics, depending on the most efficient option for your location.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Standard - Delivery in 3 to 5 Business Days via UPS/USPS

Express - Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days via UPS

Please allow 1-4 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.

If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy.

Please note transit times will vary. Please note we do not ship to freight forwarding address.

Please note, occasional delays may occur due to customs or the courier's schedule, which can impact your delivery time.

Is a Signature Required for Delivery?

No, a signature is NOT required upon delivery. Your order will be left at your shipping address unless otherwise specified by the courier.

Will I Have to Pay Additional Duties & Taxes?

Yes, you will be responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and taxes required by your country at the time of delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs office, and Sunlite Sports has no control over these charges.
